Pros:
In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, spacious rooms, proximity to the subway & food & shopping. You have to fight for things to be taken care of properly but if you make enough noise about it property will respond and address the issues
Cons:
Garbage is inside the building and was poorly managed until very recently, mice, leaking ceilings, neighbor who screams at night and at ungodly hours of the day, frequent package theft, and a carbon monoxide leak

Good location, nice area!
Cons:
We haven’t had a door handle on the front door for over a week now. 🙃 Thank god the apartment doors autolock as anyone can get into the building!

Get your super to respond to our texts!
