Slum lords destroy building

Pros:
The tenants are hard working and considerate of each other
Cons:
Refuse to fix dangerous elevator, broken front doorknob, no exterminator, unsound foundation, disgusting, unclean and hazardous
Advice to owner:
Stop putting your tenants lives at risk with your illegal Neglect
