RUN FROM THIS BUILDING
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheaper side, neighbors are great. And I ran out of things to say
Cons:
Mice. Rodents. Useless supers. More mice. More mice zero rent abatement. Heat doesn’t turn on until you’ve called 311 15 times in a week. Super turnaround is something worth mentioning. Utterly useless building manager whose about 22 and his dad got him this job, who is entirely incompetent and cares about making money not actually doing anything with his time like helping tenants out. You can have mice upon mice, a carbon monoxide leak, MOLD on the ceiling, a broken boiler that makes the floor vibrate (yup), not to mention heat will not be turned on until you have launched complaint and complaint, and the landlord will STILL demand 80% monthly rent when the amount being paid should be 0-25%.
Advice to owner:
Please find a new job and let people who know how to run buildings run buildings
