Mostly good, but few complaints

Pros:
Updated kitchen, large bedrooms
Cons:
Bad plumbing, persons bathroom upstairs leaks into mine 3x a year. Water damage on walls. Water pipes are SO HOT. My apartment will be 85 degrees in the dead of winter and nothing I can do about it.
Advice to owner:
Lower the heat
