Froze my ASS OFF
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors, no pests after i exterminated the initial roach infestation (lol), building was always being cleaned and garbage was taken care of.
Cons:
No heat. WTF are the electric heaters they installed because they did not heat my apartment. Had to buy a space heater which ran up my utility bill $150/month.
Advice to owner:
Please heat this building.

Do not live here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building so it’s a bit quieter.
Cons:
Where do I begin. There are 5 laundry machines in the building but only one works. The roof has been leaking for a year and management refuses to fix it. Water shut off with no warning. Etc…
Advice to owner:
Get your property together and stop being negligent. I’m tired of calling 311 every couple weeks.

Poor maintenance, holds your security for months
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lower cost (offset by insanely high utilities)
Cons:
Awful heating, sky high utilities, infestation, bait and switch asking for multiple months security at signing.
Advice to owner:
Return tenants who leave your apartments in good standing in an orderly fashion. We mad a group chat with over 8 tenants who hadn’t received their security deposit back for 8+ months. Also, seriously consider upgrading heating system.
