Nice Apartment to live

Pros:
Landlord is responsive and addreses building issues as soon as they can. They are friendly to deal with and are present on the building property from time to time.
Cons:
None that I can think of.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work!

Great Place to live while I was there!

Pros:
-Quiet building with 5 units- one apartment per floor -Super takes care of interior and exterior of property -Coin Operated Washer and Dryer machine for all tenants to use -Backyard open for all tenants to use. -Landlord is nice and takes care of issues with the apartments.
Cons:
Several blocks to walk to the subway stations but they are both on 125th street.
Advice to owner:
Pleasant to deal with and keep up the great work!

Landlord and staff are responsive and helpful. Building had high ceilings and great size rooms for excellent price.
