Okay cheap spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Never had bug issue. But I did live on the top floor. Lots of good grocery and household stores nearby. Management was hands off but I never had major issues.
Cons:
Always had packages stolen. The heaters made horrible noise, let out so much steam. The kitchen cabinets were too high even for a tall person like me. I needed a step ladder to reach the second and third shelf. No drawer in kitchen.

They said it needed 10 characters
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable rent and rent stabilized
Cons:
No buzzer for any apartments in building. My mail was broken into. Landlord was more concerned with noise complaint about me and harassed me while I was working from home despite person who made complaint never talking to me before calling the landlord. No sense of community in building. Always paid rent in full and all time and I feel disrespected by the people who manage this building. Heat randomly goes off in winter. Number for super is fake.
Advice to owner:
Rent paying tenants who are working from home do not deserve harassment during working hours from people who go months without replacing the light in the hallway and are not checking the structural integrity of their properties. The building is depreciating in value every year based on public tax records that is because you are not maintaining it.
