The worst! Franklin Guerrero not a good landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are big and bright
Cons:
- No Super - No contact to landlord - Takes long to fix errors in apartments - Too many unfixed violations - No working fire system
Advice to owner:
Give your landlord certification back you suck! Drop that you should never be a landlord anywhere else. The city should revoke your certificate
