Uhhh that place has some stories

Location, unit layout, management and administration in communicating
Elevators always works
Some street parking
Cons:
Some neighbors. The way they treat each other, from the management to the tenants.

Check your prices be more kind with tenants

Pros:
So close to an express stop
Renovated apartments are nice and have two bathrooms (though no dishwasher)
Modern open floor plan in the renovated apartments
Very reasonable landlord. He did not increase rent for us for four years.
Helpful super
Nice neighbors just doing their best
Cons:
Rough neighborhood but do-able. Just look ahead and stay in your lane and don't bother anyone.
The front door window used to get broken like twice a year but since they installed cameras that hasn't happened.
No good asian food around. No bubble tea nearby.
Some of the neighbors play loud music but you barely notice in your own room.
Advice to owner:
Please continue to be reasonable, helpful, and appreciate your tenants who pay on time and keep the apartment clean and nice.
