Dirty Roach Nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice super, cheap
Cons:
Roach infested, falling apart, dirty units. This place is preying on low income people who have no other options. Know your rights. Report them to 311.

Be Advised.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a place to live.
Cons:
There is A LOT of theft-- the landlord does absolutely nothing about it. Not even a code change on the door. Or a ring in the hallway.
There are pests-- the landlord will not exterminate.
If something is broken-- be prepared to fix it yourself.
