The contractor who related to slumlord
Cons:
Rather be in a shelter.
Advice to owner:
You should be punished to live in your own property from the junkies in front of the building. Leaks when it rains to rodents mice and empty fire extinguishers in staircase. No live in Super, alcoholics doing recycling.
