Beautiful building but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is maintained pretty well by management
Cons:
Some of the neighbors are disgusting and don’t respect common areas. Often times you’ll find someone either talking loudly or playing music in the library. The building isn’t secure enough. Security let’s anyone in.
Advice to owner:
Install cameras and be more strict regarding who you let enter the building

Problem-free unit, bad location
Former Tenant
Pros:
No problems with pests or noise or anything else with the unit. Very quick walk to the subway. Full supermarket downstairs.
Cons:
Management ignored two requests that my bathtub was draining slowly so I dealt with it myself. Nobody ever wants to visit you at 125 and Lex. That subway station can feel unsafe.

Pretty sweet so far.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love how quiet it is. The amenities are nice.
Cons:
Keypad to apartment door isn’t set up after living here for 7 months
