Pros:
Price and apace
Cons:
*Maintenanxe request are not handled in a timely manner
* Super doesn’t keep the building clean
*Random people living in vacant units
*People hang out in front of the building
*Mice
*Roaches
*It looks renovated when you view, but everything is cheap and falls apart
*There has been a hole in the wall of the hallway for about 5 months
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to your workers and be more responsive. Keep the building clean! Eradicate pest problem.

In unit W/D
Garbage is managed well
Super is wonderful
Cons:
The unit was unfinished when we moved in and put together very shabbily. To this day there are things that are not fixed, like things missing knobs and the stove’s pilot light not working.
Advice to owner:
Make sure you get actual contractors next time
