trash filled roachland
Former Tenant
Pros:
actually nothing. this place is horrible
Cons:
the owners/managers are doing a bunch of illegal shit and the building is disgusting. our apartment flooded and they did NOTHING about it even after us begging for weeks. its infested with roaches and they never treat for bugs. we had to beg them and then they only treated our apartment one time but not any other units or the building itself so it never got better.
