Decent with small issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
-virtual doorman -in unit amenities functioned well -accessible portal for maintenance requests -neighbors reasonable
Cons:
-maintenance delays -common areas e.g. hallways/garbage area not well maintained -mice once -intermittent roaches (although not an infestation)
Advice to owner:
Space could benefit from greater attention to cleanliness of front door/hallway

Review from 2 years of living in this apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a quiet building with friendly neighbors and a great neighborhood. In general things work well enough and minimal interaction with landlords.
Cons:
Very unresponsive super and landlord. Took months for them to hire an exterminator. Exterminator recommended a full apartment building treatment and they refused. Took months for them to hire a plumber. Didn’t have a working intercom/door entrance for 2 months. They have tendencies to get friends that aren’t professionals to look at problems and make them worse or do nothing.
Advice to owner:
Hire professionals to fix chronic problems. Do so after a shorter period of time of your people failing at the job.
