[DANGER] Constant Trespassing

Pros:
Easygoing vibe. You can make noise, no one complains because it's already noisy around here.
Cons:
There are constant trespassers in backyard. Riser wire didn't work, they cut the wire and come in. MGMT doesn't care about this issue, and not willing to cover the cost of damages.

Great super. Finally.
Cons:
Porter does not clean well. Hallways are gross. Front of building has jot been painted in over 3 years. Looks old and falling apart.
Advice to owner:
Power clean inside of building walls and floors. Maintain it. And redo front of building.

Fairly modern walk ups at a good price

New appliances, kind neighbors, hardwood floors, small building, great location

Limited maintenance of stairwell and shared hallways, no elevator, slow property owner response to complaints
