Come move in with mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is AMAZING, on-site, and incredibly responsive.
Cons:
The only good thing about this building is the super. The landlord management company has to be nagged to respond - including massive things like a leak in my bathroom ceiling. Also MICE EVERYWHERE. Like, be prepared to live with traps in every corner. This has been flagged so many times it got flagged to the city. Mgmt does not care.
Advice to owner:
Seriously so many mice this place is gonna get shut down for health reasons. You want that? Residents have resorted to calling 311.
