Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, size, gorgeous light, rent stablized/controlled if I remember correctly. One of the guys who cleaned the sidewalk/occasionally the stairs was so so nice.
Cons:
Large management company, impossible to get in touch with, angry supers, reoccurring pest problems with no solution, long term tenants are being absolutely f’d and treated horribly as it’s rent stabilized. Unfortunately the rent did not make up for the headaches caused by dealing with mgmt/pests/constant water damage/mold repairs.
