Disgusting Place - NO
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment unit was big with lots of windows and high ceilings. Garbage shoot on every floor.
Cons:
Bed bugs! Building was unsafe as people on the street just wander in. There are rats everywhere. In the wall, ceiling, basement. I couldn't go downstairs for recycling because it was infested with rats. Clearly a slum building and not taken care of.
Advice to owner:
take care of your tenants.

Bedbugs, Rats, and Cockroaches: OH MY!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big units, location, new appliances
Cons:
Rats in lobby, rats in my unit. Cockroaches, bedbugs as well. Garbage smell through the basement into the elevator. Food and spit on elevator floor, sometimes urine and feces! Neighborhood vagrants wander inside to smoke weed and piss on things. BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS. Roof alarm blares all day like an air raid siren. Just don't live here.
Advice to owner:
Don't be a slum lord.
