Bad building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good area.Near transportation and stores
Cons:
Poor management Hostile towards tenants.Lousy response to repairs being done.Roaches and Waterbugsi in building.Mostly decent tenants but certain tenants are Wratched and Ghetto.Fighting with other tenants on other floors.Management seems to do nothing about this. There have been drug bust in this building due to drug dealing.Would love to move out of this building.
Advice to owner:
Better on site manager.Better building super present one is lousy.Need better security.Should not allow problem tenants to remain in the building.

The last ditch
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the building it’s in the best of neighborhood transportation nearby train or bus etc
Cons:
The building is horrible the security let anyone come into the building drug users and homeless people especially in the exit non stop use of drugs all through the day and night tenants complain to security nothing is done you also have to be careful taking your garbage cause drug users are found in compactor room it’s sad
Advice to owner:
Get it together clean out the office get a whole knew security company make sure they are here to protect and watch what is actually going on in the building make sure people are not in the exit being disruptive !! It’s no reason I should smell weed under my door at all hours of the night!!
