Nice, but worth it??
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely location. High ceilings. Nice natural light
Cons:
Almost no storage. Mice. Slow to address maintenance.
Advice to owner:
Get a management company that actually responds to residents.

We love it!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are good, so close to the subway, and clean!

Good Management, Adequate Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
-the super is really great and so responsive -the building is generally clean and there are few issues with pests -great location and tenants
Cons:
-only 2 washer, 2 dryers that were out of order semi-frequently -very poor heat regulation (way too hot on top floor all winter) -security isn't the greatest
