Open Spacious Aparments. Clean
Cons:
Heat and Gas issues throughout building

Unfair rent reductions for illegal living conditions

Pros:
Lots of room, clean building, decent area.
Cons:
No gas since feb 2020, unfair rent reduction for having no hear during winter, no hot water for extended period of time and increased electricity bills during quarantine.
Advice to owner:
Quit being a shitty landlord and give a fair reduction OR GET THE PROBLEM FIXED.

Spacious apartment for a good price
Cons:
Gas leak for over a year with unfair rent reductions, super is rude and unhelpful, same for management. Over 9 renters left that just Im aware of

Should have agreed to the requested percentage off while you still had tenants
