Supportive Management + Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management and super are very kind and responsive. Any time I ask for anything they always try their best to address things as fast as possible. We have had a great relationship all year. The building is clean and trash is well-cared for.
Cons:
The courtyard behind the building owned by a different property can get very loud once it’s warm with people using it to throw parties until late at night, even once or twice on a Sunday night.
