Pros:
Great neighbors and location. South Harlem is a gem.
Cons:
NO SUPER for MONTHS and a long list of issues with the building. Terrible management do NOT rent with TriHill if you expect the bare minimum from your management company. Piss poor.
Advice to owner:
Do yourself and your tenants a favor and fix recurring problems instead of painting over them. Give tenants contact info for the supers or porters or ANYONE in the mgmt office.
