Nice family friendly and quiet building

Pros:
- Great and responsive staff
- Neighbors are quiet
- courtyard areas are nice for people without terraces
Cons:
- The carpet needs to go on each floor!
- saw two cockroaches in 2 years

Pricey, too many fees up front, unreasonable complaints about noise
