livable but could use some improvements

Pros:
elevator works the majority of the time
Cons:
cigarette butts on the stairs. people randomly blasting music. elevator perpetually smells weird. package theft issues.

Good building but needs

Pros:
Good place, renovated, elevator, no noisy, no bugs inside, water pressure very well.
Cons:
Neighbors smoking at the corridor, not often cleaned, a lot of rats outside next the garbage at this moment, difficult to talk to administration to solve problems.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building often, reply all tenant’s questions, impose rules and penalty to neighbors that disturb the good common coexistence.
