Large Apartment for a Good Price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The space was huge for a 1 bedroom and location being a half a block away from the A/C/E trains made it great for commuting. Neighbors were friendly and met some friends in the building while I lived there. The supers were also super nice and helpful with things I needed or taking packages for you when you weren’t there.
Cons:
The building is old and my apartment wasn’t renovated but some are so that sucked because the ones that are renovated are significantly nicer and have washer/dryer in unit. No utilities are included in the rental but for the price it’s fine. The area has become less safe since I left at the start of covid, but before it seemed to be becoming more gentrified.
Advice to owner:
Renovate all the apartments please! And don’t increase renewal rent prices during a pandemic if you want to keep tenants in the building.
