Nice Staff, Centennial is Not a Great Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons:
Centennial will do anything to keep your security deposit, you have to have clear proof from your lease and emails they've sent to you to back up why you deserve your money back (and they'll still send it late).
You can hear EVERYTHING in the hallways in your own apartment.

Location is everything
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is perfect, close to transit and right by the park
Cons:
We have had a bug infestation in the building since the summer and “pest control” does nothing other than agree with us that it is a problem
Rent for the space, I guess you’re just paying for location but it’s absolutely insane how much they continue to raise the rent for the square footage

Next to park
Former Tenant
Pros:
Next to park
Cons:
Crime
Roof leaks
Pay for heat
Rats
Roaches
Neglectful landlord
Advice to owner:
Pay attention!!!
