Great place to live!

Pros:
Quiet building except occasionally on weekend nights, updated appliances
Cons:
Front doors can be tedious to open or bring heavy things in through, no physical keys provided, floors are pretty slanted

The unit was good I guess not with the amount of bugs (roaches and rats!!!!)
Cons:
I have a long list
1) packages were stolen
2) Roaches everywhere and management did nothing
3) I have a video of when we caught a rat in this apartment! That too the 5th floor. Again, management tried to mansplain the difference between a rat and a mouse, waited for a week before taking any action whatsoever
4) Rude management. I was threatened on call; not something you’d expect. Still have the recording saved
5) I went over to the management building to file a complaint only to have my concerns addressed by someone different. Nothing changed.
6) Apartment was a mess when we moved in. When we raised a concern, took them 2 weeks to respond. Eventually ended up cleaning the unit ourselves. Still have pictures.

Please save yourself the pain and live somewhere else, especially if you’re working or are a student.

Location (near central park, whole foods, B/C line), great natural light, fully furnished
Cons:
Old heat/ac units, small kitchen sink, shower temp controls don't always work

Clean, quiet, and residential

Clean building, very bright and well-maintained
Cons:
There was briefly an issue with package stealing from a non-resident but super took it very seriously and there have been no further reported incidents
