61 W 106th is a great quiet building in a laid back neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, roof, relatively clean, no pests, friendly neighbors, good area with everything you need
Cons:
Some of it is a bit out-dated, have to go outside to get to the basement for laundry, the heat blows too hot in the winter.
