Neighbors are the best thing about this bldg
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors appear nice
Some have access to free laundry
Cons:
Dirty hallways and walls
Old bldg
Advice to owner:
Get a different management company. CONCORD is inept

Not the best Not the worst What an accomplishment.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors and neighborhood are nice. Close to the park and transportation.
Cons:
Building is so dirty now and getting dirtier by the day. Imagine dirty damp mopping. Hallways need painting. Front door lock doesn’t work always and neither does the intercom. Concord Management of NY is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. They are not responsive until an emergency and they are not very knowledgeable.
Advice to owner:
Choose better people to work for you.

not worth the rent they charge
Former Tenant
Pros:
neighborhood is great
Cons:
‐ rundown building, rats on 1sr floor, roaches and waterbugs too.
‐ they don't offer exterminating.
‐ no doorman and packages are ofter stolen from under mailboxes, lots of workers in and out
Advice to owner:
fix the place up before charging so much per month and hire professional workers to do the repair jobs.

Horrible property management company. They are dishonest, lack proficiency & skills for the job, and pretty much run a "rag-tag" operation. Beware
