    Prob one of the best Columbia off campus housing

    Right by Central Park
    Has elevator

    Cons:
    Only one boiler and ran out of hot water all the time
    Used to have cockroaches in the basement
    Street is quite noisy
    Quite a hike to Columbia Campus (elevation)
