Great experience overall!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors who I met were very nice I had an apartment in the middle of the building and didn't hear any street noise Prices were affordable The super was pretty responsive
Cons:
Occasionally found cockroaches inside Lots of rats outside (but thankfully never inside despite being on the first floor) Pretty much no sunlight in my back bedroom

Rat family reunion
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are nice, and the location is great.
Cons:
Honestly this is the most rat and roach infested building I have EVER lived in. At least once a week a huge rat would get into our apartment, and many roaches every day.
I did pest control myself, hired multiple private pest control companies, and sealed all the holes I could find but it didn’t help. The owner never responded, and the super was absolutely horrible. Refused to help and would dump trash in the hallway and leave it for weeks at a time.

Building Needs More Attention.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to public Transportation and Central Park.
Cons:
Cleanliness, Management Response to complaints.
Advice to owner:
Replace Superintendent, Hire someone more responsible. Treat your tenants better specially the ones with stabilized rent that lived in the building for a long time. Clean the building specially the garbage outside.
