Pros:
Clean, plenty of space, good neighbors
Cons:
Make sure door always remains closed. Would often be propped open.

Pros:
i really like the apt's location and i feel relatively safe in that area. its so easy to walk to morningside or central park which i like, and its got convenient trains nearby!
Cons:
There was a rat in our unit once and kind of rude to my other female roommates

It’s a nice spot

Pros:
It’s very close to Central Park and Riverside is a few aves over as well. Nice places to eat and a 24 hour market two aves up. It’s in a great central area for the cost.
Cons:
The bugs are a little too much in the summer. The tenants like to smoke and leave the door open so having the room by the door isn’t the best when you get smacked in the face with that smell of weed.
