Good for a first apartment, no amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has an elevator. It’s close to the parks
Cons:
It has a bad roach problem. The elevator is slow and will erase a button you’ve pushed
Advice to owner:
Fumigate the whole building. Allow roof access.

Quiet, surface clean, pest problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is generally well maintained, neighbors are quiet (or at least we cant hear each other) and respectful of each other.
Cons:
Lots of dead roaches.
Advice to owner:
Tighten up the waste management. Trash bins are left open within the building. Find the source if the roach infestation.
