Great location + spacious!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious living room, clean, in-building laundry, close to multiple train and bus stations, relatively responsive in-building superintendent, friendly neighbors, overall great place to live
Cons:
Loud bass and music from ground floor laundromat below us, no hot water for a day but was resolved for me (but not other neighbors), there was previously an issue with the lock on the front door, it has since been resolved
Advice to owner:
Consider keeping rent at a manageable rate for renters who are students, frontline workers, and nonprofit workers!
