No privacy, paper thin walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
* Good location * Lovely Super and team * Spacious apartments
Cons:
* Zero privacy, you can hear your neighbors talking next door word-for-word and vice versa.
* Annual roach party, currently no monthly exterminator attending,.
* Mice in walls (and apartments if there’s a crack).
* NO laundry in building, they lied in adverts.
* Access to tiny laundry room in another building, but dodgy, machines constantly out of order. You’ll be going to a laundromat basically, despite what they advertise.
* No money being spent on maintaining apartments and communal areas, they are aged and scruffy and showing it
Advice to owner:
Soundproof!
Spend as much time/money/effort maintaining the buildings as you do sending rent demands and dodging your tenants.
