Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a small building with a small community of good neighbors. Good size apartments.
Cons:
The Super will go on never completing repairs if you let him. The management office ignores your call. You will go a year for them to fix an issue in your apartment. Heat in the winter is non-existent.
Advice to owner:
Become organized. The least you can do is follow up with tenants to let them know that you are still aware of the issues and will get back to the tenant.
