Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was great. Doormen we’re nice and helpful. Pro pet and lots of pets in building Pet friendly neighbors
Cons:
Doormen could be very rude and disrespectful. Management was non responsive to complaints about noise when renovating apartments No mail boxes for tenants (delivered by doormen) Bike storage is terrible No permanent doormen at entrance bc of old fashioned elevator needing to be handled by doormen. Unique but annoying bc you had to wait for doormen.
Advice to owner:
Investing in modern elevators would made a world of difference for tenants and doormen.
