Amazing building, but neighbor is loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great doormen, great management, overall fantastic.
Cons:
One of the neighbors on my floor will yell at all hours and bang on the walls. I’ve talked to the super and other management and they said she has no family they can talk to and she lives alone. Not their fault, but it’s so annoying. I would avoid the 11th, 12th, and 13th floors if you want to avoid this noisy neighbor.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up

Overall Good Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super, Mir, is excellent. Quick to resolve issues and communicates well.
Cons:
Co op so very slow to resolve major problems like the laundry room and facade of the building. Can hear everything from neighbors above.
