Former Tenant
Pros:
The assistant to the live-in superintendent does all the work in the building. He is a true gentleman, very organized, and keeps the building clean.
Cons:
AJ Rexhepi, Managing Partner, Development & Management at Century Management Services Inc., is non-committal. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls regarding troubleshooting issues within the building. He is also abrasive.
Advice to owner:
Follow up on your tenants, and lead with compassion.
