Review from a tenant lived there for 1 year
Former Tenant
Pros:
Thick walls- very quiet. Very responsive maintenance crew. Great package room. Good location to subways. Friendly doormen.
Cons:
Older neighbors do not like large get togethers - even if you are far down the hall some will knock on the door to complain about noise.

I love this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, never hear your neighbors, well kept property, fantastic doormen and women, and huge outdoor space.
Cons:
Pricey.
Parking waitlist is not an option because of long-term residents.
Advice to owner:
More security for resident owned outdoor space would be nice.
