Great Apartment and Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here 2018-2019 and had a good experience. The super was very friendly and provided repairs in a timely manner. The apartment was reasonably priced and very spacious.
Cons:
The biggest downside to the building was that tenants have to pay for all of their utilities which is pretty rare for nyc, so the bills were quite high. Also the hot water did not last for very long and our washing machine kept breaking and they’d constantly come to repair it but wouldn’t replace it when clearly that’s what needed to be done. There was laundry in the neighboring building though so it wasn’t a huge deal. The walls in the apartment are pretty thin, but I never really heard any neighbors. Building was well maintained. I would definitely rent from them again.
Advice to owner:
No advice I think this is actually the best management I worked with in nyc. I liked how rent and everything was super easy and online. Even signing the lease was a really easy process.
