Least maintained bldg on block
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is in an excellent neighborhood, and by assessable transportation
Cons:
See for yourself. The Porter comes once a month, and barely brooms, mops, or cleans the stairwells at all. He uses a dirty mop when he does clean. Random strangers come in and out of a couple of the apartments as if this is a portal. Some of the neighbors don’t know the other neighbors because of the random activity. This is a rent stabilized building, primarily, and that’s why they don’t care to keep it up.
Advice to owner:
Please sell to someone who cares. This is the filthiest building on the block. The neglect is considered harassment.

Building cleanliness neglected!
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s in between Central on Riverside Park. It’s located right by major subway and bus stops
Cons:
It’s filthy within the stairwells of the building.
Advice to owner:
Have consistency with the Porter cleaning the building a few times a week instead of once every two months.
