Treat your tenants better. Keep the nasty sarcastic attitude out of your dealings with tenants. They will try to keep your security so take pictures before you move it.

Very close to subway, Columbia, shopping, and restaurants

Cons

Heat in the winter made apartment soo hot. Hot water was occasional. Street noise was real loud, especially with fireworks and music.
