Pros:
Laundry in premisesĺ
Cons:
Mariguana being smoked in front of the building. Cops in front from murder or disturbance every night. Certain repairs need to be met and Super is too lazy to take care of it because Super does it when they wants to do it. Too many building code violations. Unruly tenants Why
