- nice living near campus - overall quiet street and nice area

Cons

- hard to contact superintendent - extremely weak water pressure

Nice, convenient place to live

Pros

The building is quiet and is really close to Columbia campus. The water pressure is really great and the heat is perfect. I have not had a problem with pests

Cons

Not the cleanest building and is really hot in the summer. More on the expensive side of things. Maintenance person is not the most responsive
