Big building, fancy, good vibe
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really great group of doormen. Neighbors were nice and unpretentious despite it being a fancy building
Cons:
Water pressure was meh *for a big building*

doorman bldg with gym -- co-op bldg, so beware of that
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gym (not huge but works) Small basketball courts/squash courts/ping pong table Depends on unit owner, but mine was responsive Right next to subway Doormen are great
Cons:
Application process was cumbersome/expensive Move in fees, move out fees, very weird rules on when/how to move out furniture, outdated website for reservations (move out elevators + amenities like basketball court) Trash room on each floor is too small for recycling Elevators can be a bit slow during AM rush
Advice to owner:
Fix trash situation

Well managed, but too much construction
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely rooftop view, amazing health club,
Cons:
Renovation is taking long, and would be great if the rooftop, which is some of the nicest views in Manhattan, had furniture set up
