Great location to Riverside Park
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location on the Upper West Side. Close to Riverside park as well as 96th street subway station. Building staff and doormen are extremely professional and helpful.
Cons:
Rodent City. Lots of Mice and Rats. Really loud at night as the grocery story underneath seems to have deliveries through all hours of the night.
Advice to owner:
Exterminate the entire building and disallow deliveries between 10pm-6am
