Decent Experience (one year lease)
Former Tenant
Pros:
loved the roof, nice neighbors, nice view of Amsterdam. floors in lobby and stairs were cleaned often. Paula (who was basically our Super, though not in name) was very responsive & worked in the hardware store downstairs.
Cons:
kitchen water pressure sucked. no dishwasher. no laundromats within five blocks on amsterdam !! very noisy (at least on the second floor) during the winter. stove without a clock or timer.

fridge broke and it took almost a month to get a new one. landlord was apologetic, but very frustrating.
Advice to owner:
paula’s a gem, she made our time in the building very worth it. you should really, really, really consider adding dishwashers or laundry to the units, too.

OH - PLEASE START RECYCLING! while living here, i saw multiple tickets on the front door because all the trash is unsorted. seems like that should be figured out.
